Terms and Conditions

1. The renter agrees to remove all personal property, trash, and any items not originally in the venue post-event. All belongings and waste must be cleared from tables and properly disposed of.

2. The renter is liable for any damages, legal actions, or loss of reputation or business opportunities that the owner may suffer due to the actions of the renter or their guests. The renter agrees to indemnify and hold the owner harmless from any legal claims arising from their use of the venue.

3. Smoking is prohibited inside the venue, and outdoor music is not permitted.

4. The renter is responsible for maintaining order among guests and for any actions taken by guests during the event.

5. Lala’s Place Party Venue is not responsible for accidents, thefts, or damage to personal property on the premises.

6. Should the event exceed the agreed-upon conclusion time, the renter will incur additional charges.

7. The down payment is non-refundable in the event of cancellation.
